Cancellation Policy
To modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible as your order will have already been processed. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, expect your refund processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to avoid damage in transit. If an item arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to hello@muvela.com along with a photo of the damage. We'll review your claim and, if validated, replace the item at no additional cost. Note, we do not provide refunds or replacements for products damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
